Terms & Conditions
Global Hypnosis Summit (GHS), also known as The HypnoSummit will provide you with full conference registration, which includes:
Admission to all lectures.
Faculty Meetings.
Full Training Program (please plan to attend).
Compensation of $20 each for all paid conference attendees signed in using your name.
50% of the profits generated from post conference sales of your lecture DVD’s for one full year.
Profit sharing, the percentage based upon profits generated by the conference will be divided equally among all presenters.
One complimentary DVD of your presentation (if desired).
It is understood that the GHS has your permission and agreement to:
Publicize your presentation.
Have your presentation at the GHS archived on our servers for a period of three weeks at the conclusion of the conference.
Have your presentations reproduced to sell, distribute or make such other uses of the recorded material as deemed appropriate to further the educational purposes of the GHS. No other taping or recording is allowed. All equipment, props and accessories must be provided by the presenter.
Speakers will be provided the courtesy of attending other presentations at no charge.
You agree to provide:
A typed description of your presentation for inclusion in the conference catalog.
A photograph (head and shoulders only).
A typed biography (may be emailed or uploaded to the servers).
This signed agreement and all requested information returned no later than Sept. 1tt, 2009.
Handouts are to be made available in your vendor booth (where applicable). A copy of all handouts and power point slides are to be turned in to the conference staff BEFORE your presentation.
You agree to not participate in a competing online multimedia educational event with more than five hypnosis presenters (should one come to exist) for a period of 3 months prior and 6 months after the Global Hypnosis Summit.
You agree not to market your GHS presentation or post it on u Tube or a similar site for the first year after that conference.
It is mutually understood and agreed that:
The purchase of, or any rental fees of, any equipment needed are the sole responsibility of the presenter.
Promotion of any product/service or training class during the presentation will be limited to a thirty-second announcement. Products are to be marketed in the Vendor Room only. All presenters are to behave in a professional manner. The sale of products, services or training classes is prohibited in the lecture room.
This is an open educational conference. The GHS and its staff may or may not agree with the training or philosophy of any conference presenter, presentation or training programs, however the organizers will allow all selected individuals an equal presentation opportunity.
You agree to advertise and promote this event by providing a link on your web site, email announcements, brochures, fliers, etc.
If the forgoing terms and conditions are acceptable, please indicate your acceptance by selecting “yes” and returning this letter to hypnosummit@gmail.com no later than Sept. 1, 2009.
